Examples of work undertaken include the seismic assessment of cranes, life assessment of pressure vessels under creep conditions, third party checks of fairground equipment and material investigations.

Members of staff and associates are either members of the British Academy of Experts or are listed in the Directory of Expert Witnesses and have experience of giving evidence under cross examination. Category 3 (CAT III) Checking
Bennett Associates has experience across a wide range of engineering disciplines and can provide chartered engineers to carry out independent and category 3 (CAT III) checking of mechanical and structural projects. Examples of work include checking of temporary works, bridges and their mechanical equipment, bridge bearings, both nuclear and non-nuclear cranes, Ro-Ro (roll on, roll off) ramps, access gantries and tunnel boring machines (TBM).
Some of the design codes in use regularly throughout the company include BS 2573, BS 5400, BS 5950 and BS 7608.
