Bennett Associates (now known as Atkins, Rotherham) has extensive experience in the independent examination and evaluation of failures of mechanical equipment, structures and materials. Site examination and experimental investigation are supported by technical and scientific expertise leading to proofs of evidence and expert testimony.

The provision of expert reports is a regular feature of our service. Senior members of staff are either members of the British Academy of Experts or are listed in the Directory of Experts and have experience in giving evidence under cross examination.
