New power hydraulic systems for two bridges

Writing of PLC ladder logic
Full commissioning

Hardware:
9 No Mitsubishi A series PLCs
Mitsubishi Melsec Net B network
Mac 50 operator terminal
2 x 55 KW Hydraulic power unit & new lifting mechanisms for Red Road Bridge
